i would start both of them together before the cycle starts(a week before should be fine) and run all the way through to the end of pct

just go by the directions on the back of the bottle, hell you could double them if you wanted but liver protectants do limit gains VERY slightly by moving the nucleus of the androgen receptor(if i remember correctly)

there really is more to this than most people think (a whole cycle). You damn near have to be a scientist! but once you start learning, things start coming together. Its never perfect in any case tho. there are ups and downs on everyhting....
