    Question Women Doses of ANAVAR&wini

    Can any women with experiance with anavar and winstrol give me some help here plz.

    My sister is asking about doses of anavar and winstrol and which one to pick for a first cycle, her goal is to gain muscle and cut up some more, Shes quite low BF lower abs visable etc, Any suggestions are welcome thx. Rhino

    5-10 mgs a day with Var. 5 being a better starting point. Winnie can be harsh on females and would not recommend she go there if her goal is to just add a few lbs of lean and cut up a bit. Is her diet and training in check? Seems with such modest goals she could do this with diet/training/cardio alone.

    Yeh I agree Anavar is a way better idea and actually for how it works.. very very inexpensive for a female to use! Just remember that 10mg on a woman is equivilent to 80-100mg on a man! I would say 2-3mg 2-3X a day is more than sufficient!

    Yea she asked me "what do you think of me going on winni?" My reply was "Var would be a better choice".

    Her diet and cardio is in check, shes very lean but she needs to add more mass and stay lean.

    I was also thinking 1-2mg x2 a day to start for the first week see how she reacts then increase 1mg a wk until shes taking 6mg a day, then she can always drop back if needed

    I agree..Also have her take it only once a day to avoid any androgen build up that can occur dividing the dosages into 2-3 per day.

    I would only have her take one or the other,,,not both at the same time.
    Is she looking for a 'fitness' look or bodybuilder type physique?
    Most women I work with do very well on 5-10mg ANAVAR daily,,stacked with some OTC creatine.
