Bizarre Shoulder Problem
Hey Guys--wondering if anyone has had a similar problem.
I'm mid cycle, but was using only my delts for injection sites. After my last injection, it was a bit sore, but not terrible (not red, not hot), however I've noticed a large "bump" on my side delt. it's most noticeable when flexing outward and up (ie. raising arms up).
It's no longer painful, not red, not hot. I can massage the area without discomfort.
Anyone had or heard of a similar problem?

Using Cyp, EQ and Tren . 1cc of each, 2x/wk.
Poking around on Google, may be a hematoma...not sure...

Thanks.
I'll admit, I'm freaking out--a bit. It's a bump that sticks out about an inch, and it goes from the top of my shoulder to the bottom of my delt. Pretty noticable. you can see that under the skin it's darker, as if there was some bruising.
It's a bit smaller now, but it's been there for about 10 days. I can tell it's smaller because the skin is not as tight across the shoulder now. Does this sound like a hematoma?
I've been icing/heating/icing, etc. the shoulder today.

nah prob not a hema but you can always walk into the docs...
The individual muscles of the delts are pretty small in most people...
It looks fine...
You know you kinda like it....lol

Well, it's been there for about two weeks. I think it may have gone down slightly.
Ibuprofin--didn't think it was necessary, since it doesn't hurt. Am I missing something?
I've been putting heat packs on it, and a little bit of massage.
Anyone else had this?

Never had it happen to me but again this is why I do not shoot traps or quads, only glutes! The other muscle groupl are just too painful and I hear too many horro stories about it!

ibprofun is an anti-inflamatory, and id honestly just heat it. heat is for when somthing is already swelled, and ice is for the swelling. i wouldnt take too much ibprofun maybe EOD

3ccs is alot to be putting into your delt IMO. Especially only rotating both delts. I would at least use 4 sites, which gives each site 2 weeks to heal

heating it is probably not a good idea as that will cause more inflamation, stick with the ice.
