    Bulker cycle coming up...

    I know this would be better suited in th training section but It might do ok here!

    Does anyone here wait and take a 2nd dose of thier orals after working out. so for instance 1 dose an hr before training and 1 dose an hour after training . that would end up being like 3-4 hours in between doses (d-bol or Drol) Also does anyone in here do high rep counts when on a bulker? I have been doing 15 on st set and then upping weight ad dropping reps after each set but I still end on my last set 8-10min
    Should I do
    10,8,6,4 for bulking! Been a while since I did a bulker.

    I for some reason think I get better results on anabolics doing a little higher rep load (staying between 8-12) on all sets.

    ***Some say this is good others say low reps super heavy tears and builds muscle fibers and that's when you grow!

    ***Others say higher fast paced reps hit the deeper muscle fibers and help you to grow!
    Any one here have any theories on these 2 statements thx!

    Really on a bulk cycle to tell you the truth I have tried both ten sets of three reps and done the lighter for more reps, to me the workout is a very small part of a bulk. When I bulk or cut cycle it is more about the diet then the workout...On a bulk I try and eat every two hours on a cut I try and eat every three hours about the same about of food at each meal. Now having said that during a bulk I use different types of gear, test, deca, and dbol....also on a bulk no cardio at all...

    now on the dbol, I run 10mg one every four hours till I hit what I set up for my cycle...

    now this is just how I look at it, bulk is diet and the types of foods I eat and eating more often..

    Yeh i got the diet down to a t over the years but just wondering what most people do for there bulkers training I know the diet is more important but you still need to give those muscles a good stimulation every 5-7 days to grow! Just wondering if supoer heavy for 4 sets of 3-6 reps each st is better tht moderte heavy weight for 8-12 reps for for sets just never really been one who thinks that mass can be gaines with only a few reps! I know powerlifter only do 2 reps sometimes but most of them actually llok a little flabby even know they are super strong. Marius Pudzanowski being the exception.
    As I said before I will never care if i am vascular and have a ****** 6 pack but I like to have a little bit of definition, at least enough to see the complet horshoe of my truceps and the edges on the very insie of my pecs. zJust dpoing research. this will be mu only cycle for at least a year. and i want to make sure i get as much out of it as humamnly possible

    Kind of how I am doing mine but I know some people during a bulker never go above 6

    i start at a weight i know i can get 12 at, pyramiding up weight from there, trying for 12 everytime. if i have no problem reaching 12 i know i can make an even greater jump. for example

    for example

    12 reps @ whatever weight. we will just 100 for simplicity sake
    try for 12 reps @ 110
    try for 12 @ 120
    etc etc.
    Ill do 5 total sets. the fifth set ill drop back down to the original weight i began at.

    If i make 12 all the way through i know i can go up even more next time.

    Just what works good for me is all.

    Varies for me.. my partner always pushes me for more weight. So

    1st set about 12 reps
    2nd set about 8-10
    3rd set about 6-8
    4th set usually heavyyyyy soo like 4+ if im having a good day.
