I know this would be better suited in th training section but It might do ok here!
Does anyone here wait and take a 2nd dose of thier orals after working out. so for instance 1 dose an hr before training and 1 dose an hour after training . that would end up being like 3-4 hours in between doses (d-bol or Drol) Also does anyone in here do high rep counts when on a bulker? I have been doing 15 on st set and then upping weight ad dropping reps after each set but I still end on my last set 8-10min
Should I do
10,8,6,4 for bulking! Been a while since I did a bulker.
I for some reason think I get better results on anabolics doing a little higher rep load (staying between 8-12) on all sets.
***Some say this is good others say low reps super heavy tears and builds muscle fibers and that's when you grow!

***Others say higher fast paced reps hit the deeper muscle fibers and help you to grow!
Any one here have any theories on these 2 statements thx!
