most recommend 500mg/week for 10 or 12 weeks, but I've know guys who grew like a weed off of 250mg/week.

So you know. The normal dosage for a first cycle is 500mg divided into 2 doses a week. the problem is you need to start putting on some weight and that needs to be done with the diet. At 160# you are nowhere near your natural potential I would wait a while and get the diet worked out

Hell if you gained 20lbs. off your first cycle that would be around 12% of your body weight..... I dont think your joints would be ready for that.... jmo though.

Take into consideration. then come back... Your too lite bro. you can grow much more on a healthy diet. 4000-4500 doesnt mean a thing. It all depends on what you are consuming. Whats the diet look like?

conversion depends on the concentration of the compound some are 200mg/ml some are 250mg/ml some are 300mg/ml It all depends on the company and the lab
