    Lightbulb The Deadly Bentch Press

    So I was wondering what people thought about extending your arms fully during the lift or keeping it slightly bent never fully extending your elbows....I am introducing this site to my buddy....I am showing him how awesome you guys all are............Thanks

    depends on how your shoulders are? if any problems, a little bent. as long as you go deep for me and get a good stretch at the bottom. but make sure you include other exercises for the chest, ie: ive built my chest over the last couple months on lots of incline press.

    considering there is no steroid question here, coupled with the fact that you already posted this exact question in the workout section, and that there is nothing "deadly" about any of this, I'll just shake my head and close this thread...
