My cycle
So im in week four of my cycle. I have some pictures to update my progress. The first one is precycle the other 4 are week 3 of my cycle current weight 207 up from 195 pre cycle. So plse tell me what ya think on progress.
my cycle looks as is
Week 1-16 Test e 400 mgs a week
Weeks 1-14 Deca 400 mgs a week

Because it takes at least 4 weeks for test to even kick in. BTW, you are NOT ready to cycle. It's ridiculous for someone to cycle when they are in that shape. You could have gone at least a year of hard work before you where ready. Stop trying to take the lazy way out, it wont help and after cycle Ill bet in 6 months you will be worse than now.
Sorry if that seems harsh but it's the truth.

what do u mean shape. Im buillding naturally. Apperaence is not everything bro i promise u that. You cant do what i can do outside the gym.

And you wnat to get technical lets see I serve my country what you do? HUH!! Ok point is im give it my all. and i will have some very good results. I promise you. What you can do is sit back and watch or Say you know what bro good luck lets say lets look at your diet or your workout.. Thats how you can help.

You have been trough it, done it but learned nothing because you show your ignorance by starting a cycle long before you are ready so why good is it to give advice now? You need to get your diet and exercise in check BEFORE you cycle, not after or during. If you want to learn read the diet section, dont expect to be spoon feed.
So what, you have served our country, lots of people enlist for different reasons. My father and brother where both military. I couldn't due to an eye injury at 10 that left me blind in my right eye. 6 surgeries latter I have partial vision. So what are you accomplishments???
I am 46, I raised my daughter since birth and her mother died 14 years ago. I have had 2 back surgeries due to herniated disks from heavy work when I way in my 20s, doing drywall. I now need back fusion. I spent last week camping and 4 wheeling with my daughter and friends, the week before Jet skiing. I have many other stories of what I have worked through in life. Come back in 20 years and tell me what you have done.
Now go read the diet section, do a proper PCT and dont cycle again until you are already in shape. Steroids are NOT to get you in shape but to help you go beyond what your natural potential is.

Honestly, Yes, I think it will do more harm than good or at least you will waste the gear you have because you have a LOT of natural progress you can make before using a cycle. use proper PCT, get into the gym 5x a week, get a GOOD routine, get your diet in check and you will see HUGE gains.
If you are serious and really do get a good diet it will do you more good than any steroids right now, then in about a year when you do run a cycle you will feel and look 10x better than you would have if you ran it now.

You really don't have much of a muscular base going there at all.
What is with the stretch marks on your chest? Where you a fatty at some point??
I don't think you are ready to be cycling , but you are already in it , so good luck with it.
I hope you are not disappointed with the results or lack thereof

Yes definitely get off tmos...he doesn't like men on his back......LOLOL
you are half way into the cycle, FINISH IT !! make the best of it
then when you are done, and do a proper PCT...we can go back to the drawing board and get you straightened out
You are already shut down, no sense in wasting any gains you may make
make sure your diet is BETTER then whatever it is now.... and good luck

Like tmos said now your half way through your cycle stay on it and run a proper pct when your done. Then work on your diet get phate to look at it and he will sort you out so the next cycle you do you'll be ready.

I know you are confused. Stop asking everyone what to do for diet. Go read the diet section, there are TONS of good advise there and you can even find diets that fit your needs that others have posted. MY diet wont do you any good, our stats are not the same, our goals may be different and age makes a difference.
I eat 95% clean, I eat ever 2 or 3 hrs, sometimes more especially at work. I work 12 hrs shifts and eat all night but only a little at a time. I lost my first 30 lbs by only eating properly and light exercises. I went from 205 down to 175 in about 3 months. After about 6 months of good diet and exercise I stayed at 180 and lost more fat, gained more muscle and did my first cycle, Test e only. Honestly I really should have waited longer. I'm in better shape now than when I did my first cycle but before my 2nd Ill be in even better shape before doing it.
Cycle is not to get you in shape but to boost you past where you are at, your potential.
It's up to you, finish your cycle and get on track now and keep up the workout and diet until you are really ready or cut it short and save your gear for later. It's your choice.

tell you what guys ima finish. I got proper pct coming and ima finish and make the damn best of this cycle i will post pictures around week 8 and let u guys see the difference. This has really inspired me guys seriously!!

yep, you need to have EVERYTHING for your cycle and then some BEFORE you EVER start one
Plan your work, then work the plan..... don't make things harder then they already are
