Tren and sleep
Been running Tren A and Test E, 9 weeks into cycle. Was thinking about trying some Melatonin to help with falling asleep at night as the lack of it is getting to me. Has Melatonin helped others fall asleep or is there something better?

In my case, I fall asleep without any problems, but sweating is another story.

I have always found melatonin to not do much of anything, at least for me.
Try just a generic sleep aid from a pharmacy for the rest of your cycle. I use CVS brand generic sleep aid, half a tab per night and I get to sleep in a hurry and stay asleep and don't have any problems with drowsiness the rest of the day.

this is a really bad choice for sleep for a number of reasons. let me list a few:
(1) Benzodiazepines are generally contraindicated for use as a sleep aid, and this is of *PARTICULAR IMPORTANCE* for bodybuilders because they inhibit REM sleep, which is when growth hormone is secreted.
(2) Long acting benzodiazepines have an effect of still leaving you buzzed the next day. Diazepam (valium) has one of the longest if not the longest half lifes of all benzos, which can lead to a build up of valium in the blood system from regular use (sort of like how test e builds up).
(3) They are addictive. You likely wont sleep much without them after you start.

I switch up between soma and klonopin
but that's because it's my last resort, I would say for you to try melatonin first and see if it works

I have to disagree... I have been on Benzodiazpines for 9 years.. everyday.. Valium and Ativan... I take Valium daily to prevent and maintain against Panic attacks and Ativan to put me to sleep... TRUST ME I HIT REM SLEEP JUST FINE.. REM is instituted as a dream state.. and BOY DO I DREAM !!! Every night...
As far as being "buzzed the next day" nope negative once valium becomes active into your bloodstream and you have been on it long enough.. properly medicated so to speak. you cant even tell its in your body...
The only thing I agree with you on is the fact that they are addictive EVIL medication.. but without it I would suffer greatly from panic attacks that land me in the ER thinking I am having a HEART ATTACK.. IE- All symptoms.. chest pain, shortness of breath, tingling numbness of the left arm and shooting pain down it.. SO yah I need the medicine to quell these attacks but a note to ANYONE who does not have a PANIC DISORDER.. do not take benzodiazipines .. like he said they are addictive and if you stop them suddenly without a proper medical taper.. IT CAN LITERALLY KILL YOU !! No joke.. DEATH. Seizures.. a whole mess of nasty problems can and will occur upon the sudden stop after a lengthy administering of this medication...
But as far as sleeping with or without my ativan.. I do not need to take it every night... i get tired and fall asleep without it on many occasions...

ZMA with melatonin is supposed to have some benefits for the sleep impaired. I have had success with 1.5-3 mg melatonin, haven't tried ZMA(zinc/magnesium/?) This is assuming you aren't on the hard stuff already, then it would be worthless.
