Ive read conflicting posts about the use of an AI post cycle. Some say it should be included in PCT, others say its only useful during the cycle to limit estrogenic sides. Im currently running test PROP 150mg EOD, should i add it with my nolva and clomid for PCT? currently im only using it the ADEX when i feel bloated. What would be the benefits of including it in PCT?

well, there seems to be a spike in estrogen levels post cycle. as far as i know, theres not really any scientific literature that addresses this, but it exists nonetheless. Thats why you see a lot of people complaining of bad acne and developing gyno post cycle.

adex also helps stimulate LH and FSH so it helps your HPTA get back to normal levels

the fact that it may do this indirectly by lowering estrogen needs to be explored further. it definitely doesnt do that directly though.Originally Posted by Andro9

I would say personally that a-dex would be used as an AI during cycle, for a better PCT routine I might reccommend Nolva 20mg every day for 4 weeks, and some armoasin, but not sure on the aromasin dosage.

Don't bother including it in the PCT. Nolva & Clomid will be more then suffice to stimulate your natural test production; especially for such a simple/light cycle of just prop.
