    What r ur suggestions?!?!?

    hey guys im knew to all this and ive been lookin online for an alterative to the steriods. ive found a site that sells legal steriods. it says its the same thing just not the same im kinda lost but i bought them. one that i bought is called dura 50- they say it is also known as deca durabolin i think. and i also bought thai 25 which is also known as Dianabol. ive been takin this pills for about 3 days. im using the cycle they say on the site. first take 1 dura 50 and 2 thai 25 then use 2 of each the following week. i just wanan get some of ur guys' feedback on this stuff.

    here is the link in which i bought it from and my friend has used this stuff and said it made him bigger. so i got them and im gonna experiment with them

    A good rule of thumb is.....Dont buy sh#t off the internet. I dont mean to sound harsh but if you had done any kind of research, you would know this. So what does all this criticism mean?????? You are no where near ready to even consider the use of aas.

    you know how they do studie where some people get the real thing (steroids) and some people are given a placebo(fake pills) well my friend you just bought the placebo's!!! they are just glorified vitamins. Do you think if they really made legal steroids and the steroids were all orals instead of injectables, do you think people here would be risking playin with illeagal substances and injecting themselves with needles instead of popping a couple legal pills?

    wow, I went to the website before it was edited....those were EXPENSIVE! You could have bought 3 cycles of Test for that....ouch...

    They also don't have the ingredients on their website, you're putting things into your body that you have no clue what they are...

    on the dura 50 it had like beta meta something i forgot, but i looked it up on the internet and it said that it helps improve muscle mass and the thai 25 had like a sentance long ingreditant when i get home ill tell you......also the dura 50 is dark red little capsules and the thai 25 are little pink tablets



    and i do agree with what u said about if there were legal steriods ppl wouldnt be risking injecting illegal substances

    trust me there are a couple pro hormones left on the free market that work but other than that, nada. as I said all these legal steroids are just enhanced vitmins and may have a very small anabolic affect on your body but nothing clost to what real anabolic steroids will do to the human body! "ain't nothin' like the real thing baby"

    idk what u mean by diet problem
    im not fat so i really dont have a diet problem i just eat as much as possiable becuase im pretty skinny imean i dont have a flat stomach but im tryin to make that little fat into muscle but i do some cuts in my arm and chest and abs

    i was just lookin for something to boost up my weight gain and muscle growth

    oooookay. what I mean is, food makes you big, you want to be big, you're small.... so your diet is the problem.

    Not just Diet but also your lifting routine and schedule. TIME UNDER TENSION!!!! And if your are not gaining weight then you are not eating enough calories to feed the massive amount of calories you are burning IF you are lifting that hard.

    As big stated, what does your normal daily diet look like...as in what do you eat on a day to day basis. Kinda map it out for us with times and amounts.


    And what does your workout routine look like?

    i mostly have about 3 meals a day and some snacks maybe, i thnk i just need to eat alot more because i feel like i dont eat enough adn that is what is holding me back.

    my work out routine is
    mon-arm and chest
    tues- shoulders/back
    weds- abs/legs
    thurs- arm chest
    fri- shoulders/back
    sat/sun=off

    Are you incorporating BIG lifting movements, core exercises, varying the lifting techniques? After your last statement your diet is severely lacking as you skirted around the issue of what is incorporated in those meals Its cool, we all start off somewhere. Check out the links big posted on bulking and start working on that. It takes time to get into dieting whether bulking or cutting but sometimes you have to force yourself in order to actually make progress.
