Test. Prop+Primo+Win cycle & blood levels

HI,

I'm on a 12 week cycle(currently on week 8) using:

200mg test prop EOD
150mg primobolan EOD
50mg winstrol oral EOD
50mg winstol inj EOD

Now, cycle has been good , nice gains so far but last weak I partially ruptured my bicep tendon, so no biceps work-out for 3 months, but still since it's a partial rupture no surgery is needed.

now during the "investegation" the doc first thought I had an infection so he gave my antibiotics, and he also ran a couple of blood tests. And the results are back, and I do not get them.

I have an extremely high Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), it's 80, normal is max 20, so this confirms an infection of some kind, but the main issue is my hemoglobin levels. They are very LOW!?! Now normally shouldn't hemoglobin be high during a cycle? and the doc wants to run further test since he's amazed over the levels? I don't care if they see that I'm on a cycle(no hormone test are going to be done for now) I just think the levels are strange??

what can be wrong or is it just my knowledge about AAS?!
