Do people ever think of planning PCT before they start their cycle? I'm guessing you also have nothing on hand...?

i have clomid on hand its just my first cycle and idk what dosage to take and all that

Well that's what I'm saying, what if you have problems getting Tamox or Torem or there's a problem with shipping and you never get it? Clomid alone is not sufficient for a proper PCT.

no i can get it without it getting shipped to me but ya see i thought clomid would be enough so i would need to get tamox to?

There is a big stickies right at the top of these threads, and will all tell you how to do a proper PCT, you should learn to open your eyes or use the search button, this question comes up 10 times a day.

what the hell does that have to do with bf%?

First you go into a cycle without having both your pct drugs (nolva and clomid) then you don't even know the dosages for your PCT.

How old are you 10? Maybe you should stick with GNC products that come with instructions. Seriously, its not like we have threads that tell you everything RIGHT AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE. Research more next time.
