You cannot just say you will be on a 3000-4000 random calorie diet, you should really hit the diet section and have a structured diet in check first. IMO this should be done long before you start a cycle so that you can modify it to fit your body etc...

I would run the dbol in the middle or towards the end as the Sust esters are clearing (this takes up to a month). Sust has 2 fast acting compounds/short esters, 1 slower releasing/medium ester and 1 slow releasing/longer acting ester. I don't see a need to kickstart on dbol with Sust.

that looks pretty nice, don't think I could do that many eggs but it's worth a shot, and I can't do cottage cheese, but I could subsitute something ... So what do you think of the cycle, would you start the d-bol @ the beginning or middle?

You can substitue some of the eggs with 8oz of chicken if you want.

And the cottage cheese can be substituted with some nuts (just not too many).

As far as the cycle goes, I have only used Dbol as a kickstart, so that is the only experience I have with it. Never used mid cycle before.

Right on, With d-bol should labs be checked monthly or bi-weekly, since it can be liver toxic?

Make sure you start taking liver support a month before your D-bol and during the course of it, and you will be fine. What does your training routine look like?
