***I already have this posted in the "injury" section as well. But there's content that I feel qualifies my post to run here too***
Pulled my bicep tendon at the insertion point in the shoulder….again… running one of my favorites' - “Test C” and “Tren Ace”. – 400mg/week and 75mg EOD.
Same injury that likes try to ruin my lifts once every couple years or so. I’m 3 weeks into Test C and Tren A. Historically I’ve always been able to train through this injury via substitution (angles and more d-bell work) coupled with some nsaids, ultrasound treatments, biofreeze, stretching, etc.
However – my little miracle hormone for this has always been Decca. 2-300mgs/week. And each time, 3 weeks in - I’m pain free and really close to full range of motion again. Still – I won’t hit it quite as heavy (lbs), as I believe that Decca, (while some say it heals) masks a certain percentage of pain as well, thus giving a false sense of well-being.
There is a question here: I have not run 2 nor19’s together in the past. Considering my injury, my ability to train through it via the aforementioned, would anyone lend opinion to running: 2-300mgs Decca/Wk in addition to my 400mgs TestC/week and 75mgs TrenA EOD. I am stubborn about pulling the plug on one of my favorite stacks (I won’t).
I might add that I live in the land of plenty, meaning, if it’s named, I can probably get my hands on it.
PS: In the Injury Section -
I've already been suggested to "spot" inj GH to the affected area. I'm assuming I'd want to do that IM rather than SubQ. I couldn't see it working specifically on that area if I SubQ'd it.
