I will brief u a little bit in that I had a colon condition for about 2 years that inhibited my gains. My body wasnt getting the needed nutrients to gain mass and so I never did. Once I got that fixed, I did my first cycle and hit about 195. When I finished, my weight dropped down to 184. I've hit about 190 now and I feel alot better about my 190 because i'm pretty lean then when I was bloated and puffy at 195.
As for diet, I am pretty concious about it. Lots of egg whites... I like Kashi Cereal... lots of chicken and venison with veggies.
When I was on my first cycle, my diet was very good but I did a lot of mass gainer to help assist me in bulking up. I was doing around 4000-5000 calories a day. Hope that helps.
I'm not a huge fan of cardio but I dont mind doing the elpitcal and bike machines couple times a week
