    2nd test cycle

    Hello guys... I just registered today but I have been off and on for a while.

    I am in the process of deciding on my 2nd cycle.

    My first cycle was test at around 350mg for 10 weeks followed by nova for 4 weeks. I put on 23lbs but... I was bloated and held lots of water.


    My current stats are 6'2, 190lb give or take a few. Pretty lean just not massive. I've always had a problem putting weight on.
    Body fat around 8%
    I'm 24

    Anyway, I was going to consider a cycle of 500mg test for 10 weeks by itself.

    Being that it will be test-E, i have seen that you should wait 2 before starting your PCT.

    PCT nolva 40/40/20/20/ clomid 100/100/50/50 is my PCT plan.

    Now, while I was taking the Test, I was going to use armidex. I've read anywhere from .25 ED to EOD to .5 ED to .5 EOD.

    Whats your recommendations?

    Make sure you have your diet right this time and just right before you go on. Get it dialed in for a few months before so your body is primed for the gear. Also start your a-dex early, this helps a lot. As far as dosage, start low and increase if needed, and again start it atleast 2 weeks early. Preperation for a cycle is a must and makes all the difference in the world. Do a search on priming, Marcus300 has a great thread.

    need to run long esters like cyp and enanthate for more than 10 week. 12-14 preferably. If you are gyno prone I would say run the Adex @ .25 EOD! cause you do not want it to stunt your gains. If it is not neded just have Nolva and Clomid on hand for PCT and incasr you get a flare up! 400-500mg EW is a good dosage but need more info. I would like to see your diet because at 8%bf you re pretty damn lean. If I was you, I would just get my diet super tuned and eat eat eat. should be able to gain 10+ # of LM naturally

    The BF is mainly just a little bit of a guess. At 170lb I was around 11-12% but right now i'm at 190 and wearing the same clothes... except the shirts are a little tighter around the shoulders and I have a decent 6 pack.

    I will brief u a little bit in that I had a colon condition for about 2 years that inhibited my gains. My body wasnt getting the needed nutrients to gain mass and so I never did. Once I got that fixed, I did my first cycle and hit about 195. When I finished, my weight dropped down to 184. I've hit about 190 now and I feel alot better about my 190 because i'm pretty lean then when I was bloated and puffy at 195.


    As for diet, I am pretty concious about it. Lots of egg whites... I like Kashi Cereal... lots of chicken and venison with veggies.

    When I was on my first cycle, my diet was very good but I did a lot of mass gainer to help assist me in bulking up. I was doing around 4000-5000 calories a day. Hope that helps.

    I'm not a huge fan of cardio but I dont mind doing the elpitcal and bike machines couple times a week

    Do a 12 week cycle over a 10 week on Test E.
    Yes, wait 2 weeks after the cycle to start PCT

    Just to save face, what does your daily diet look like?

    wake up...

    1 cup egg whites and a protein shake with a piece of toast.

    about 2 hours later bowel of ceral

    an hour later can of tuna and 2 pieces of bread.

    lunch time will be a variety of things but typically consists of either 1.5 chicken breats or fish with steamed veggies and maybe some type of beans

    work out with b4 and after protein shake

    tuna with 2 pieces of bread

    dinner depends on what I feel like but i hate lots of venison so i like to make stew with it or i live by the coast so lots and lots of seafood. But, never fried.

    lots of water with all that and sometimes a fiber bar.

    No soft drinks.

    and as you can probably tell i'm not on a bulking up phase right now. this just keeps me full.

    Goals...

    get about 10-15 lbs lean muscle added on and to be stronger. Last time I put on around 23 but kept only about 15 of it and I want to get my pct down a little better

    Still run the test e 400-500mg Ew X 12 weeks use the arimidex .25mg EOD unles ED is needed. PCT stars on 15 day after last shot Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Clomid 100/50/50/50

    so you recommended starting the adex about 1-2 weeks early at .25mg EOD and then start the 500mg Test-E a week. One dose of 500mg or 2 doses of 250mg a week?


    And when should I stop taking the Adex?

    I've read so many articles that say do this and do that...

    I just want the opinons from the guys who have done it and what they say
