    Sust?

    Hey

    I am on week 3 of my Sust cycle of 12 weeks, I am shooting 750mg per week.

    This is my first time using Sust, when does it really start to kick in? I mean, I can see I have got a little bigger.

    But I am nowhere near where I want to be, think I need to write down my goals, as it doesnt seem to matter what I do, my muscles arent growing big enough.

    Think I am just not getting enough protein, I am taking about 100g of protein per day, I need to hit 300g I think.

    I'm on 600 mgs a week you defnitly need more pro 100g is not gonna do shit

    Well, I am bulking, so most of my diet is carbs, I mean, as far as bulking in general, I am alot bigger than I was, but as far as muscles alone go, im very dissapointed, there not as big as my goal is.

    Your on 600mg, what week are you in mate? How much protein are you eating?

    Whats the diet look like?

    Lay it out. Include everything you eat on a regular day. And give us the macros.

    I agree though, 100mgs of protein is what i feed my dog.

    Sorry but 100g of protein is a joke. You need to get your ass in the diet section and get some top notch tweaking!

    lmfao about the dog.

    I really want to be eating 350 to 400g of protein per day.

    I need to speak to someone from England too, because food here is insanly expensive, example, 2 chicken beasts cost £3, or you can get 4 breasts for £5, which is about $8.

    Or a subway with double chicken meat is £7.50!! which is about $13 or so.

    I need protein ideas in England.

    Anyway, will the sust get better week by week? or is this it for the next 12 weeks?

    I'm on week 7 but was only shooting 300mgs per week for the first 4 weeks didn't seem like I was gaining anything so asked some ?S And bumped up to 600mg a week every. Mon,wed,fri. 200mgs each time, I'm going for bulk too I'm getting bout 450g pro round 350 carbs 90fat. Round 3600 cal. I'm 6'0 210

    You should start seeing some effects very soon. There is a small dose of Prop in Sust. Though its mostly full of long esters.

    I think the real issues however is the diet. Arent there wholefood retailers in England? Like buy 20lbs of chicken and freeze it?


    Oh and i was serious about my dog. He eats better than most people. Of course i paid 4000 bucks for him, so whats another 100bucks a week? lol

    Hes 82lbs at 7 months so far! XL Bully APBT. Gotty/raz ors Edge/Blueline. Beautiful pups.

    Well, I was just in Dallas, and I went to walmart and it was like heaven, I could buy 8 chicken breasts for $7, it was insane!!

    If there are wholesalers around here, I dont know about it, but I really need to.

    I have goals, I want to be eating 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, I want to push this cycle to the max.

    I am 200 pounds, I need 400g of protein and I know its whats holding me back.

    Its good to know the sust will kick in soon, yeah, the prop is only 30mg so its not much.

    I just buy from my local butcher matt i find it cheaper than the usal tescos or asda still adds up though bro when you need to be eating like that 7 days a week

    Yeah, the cost is insane. I am getting 50g per protein shake I have, and I eat mainly chicken, and theres 33g per breast.

    I need to find a whole saler lol

    get a good wide variety, beef, fish etc etc.you should try ireland for cost!!! think im gona have to start growin my own chickens lol

    week 3 to 4 should start kicking in as it as 2 short easters and to long lasting easters, but diet is just as important plenty of carbs and protien and cals.

    just eat plenty of brown rice and pasta and boiled potatose for carbs

    for protien try to aviod to many shakes and get it from food
    good place to get meat is a meat van they got them everywhere normally once a week just stock up and put them in the freezer meat vans alot cheaper than supermarkets and shops

    also get your fish down you too and egg whites.

    testosterone propionate - 30 mg, testosterone phenylpropionate - 60 mg, testosterone isocaproate - 60mg, and testosterone decanoate -100 mg.

    So the prop is obviously the short ester, but theres only 30mg every 250mg im injecting.

    Deca is a long ester, so thats 100mg.

    So going by that, at least every 160mg im injecting, are long esters, which take how long to kick in?

    Ok so it makes sense now as to why I have not seen anything happen in the 2 weeks ive been taking sust. lol

    No offence, but it would seem that you're a beginner based on your above comments.

    If not, then I'm very curious as to why you chose Sust if you're so hellbent on getting huge quickly?

    Its not been quickly, its taken me 19 months to get to the point I am at currently.

    Its not my first cycle, but when I was doing my first cycle, I was in Dallas, and was able to eat more, for less. lol

    But in the grand scheme of things, I am a beginner, I learn every day.

    A good cycle that worked great for me was as follows:

    week 1-12 Test Cyp 400mg/wk
    week 1-10 Deca 200mg/wk
    week 1-4 D-Bol 35mg ED
    week 1-12 Kessar 10mg ED
    week 13-17 Kessar 20mg ED
    week 1-17 Vitamin B1 100mg ED
    week 1-17 Vitamin B6 200mg ED
    week 1-17 Vitamin B12 200 micrograms ED
    week 15-17 Clomid Therapy

    If you feel that is not enough for you then my next cycle is as follows:

    week 1-12 Test Cyp 500mg/wk
    week 1-10 Deca 400mg/wk
    week 1-4 D-Bol 50mg ED
    week 1-12 Kessar 10mg ED
    week 13-17 Kessar 20mg ED
    week 1-17 Vitamin B1 100mg ED
    week 1-17 Vitamin B6 200mg ED
    week 1-17 Vitamin B12 200 micrograms ED
    week 15-17 Clomid Therapy
    week 4-12 Pregnyl 500iu's/wk

    The Pregnyl I put in there cos I don't like small balls
    Make sure you take milk thistle or some sort of liver complex containing the herb in conjunction with the D-Bol.

    These cycles will serve you well if bulking is what you want.
