    Question pct and muscle loss

when one starts pct the body faces a deficit of androgens in the initial stages till the natural production could take full control..ofcourse every body reacts differently but on an average how much muscle loss can one expect in the 1st and the 2nd week condering that the pct is to the best optimum standard.

Too many factors to be able to give an approximated number. Depends greatly on diet and PCT, along with compounds that were used, cycle duration, genetics, etc. etc.

I would also think it would take more than a week or 2 to start and break down any muscle that is going to be lost. body always needs time to adjust

On average you will lose close to half if not half of what you've gained. Your diet and outside factors like stress levels, and rest-recuperation periods affect you. I generally don't see a lose in mass till the 3rd to the 4th week.

    I dont agree with this.

Some people only drop a couple of lbs, others can lose a lot.

There are too many variables here. But I'd say you should be able to keep 70-80% of your gains with proper PCT, correct training and diet. If one were to use peptides, possibly more.

I think most of it depends on diet and training before, during and after cycle. For some reason people tend to slow down working out, keeping up with diet and taking care of themselves like they do on cycle (50%+ fail on cycle) so I think that is where the majority of the loss comes from.

For most people especially here Steroids should just be a means to bump us up to the next step and we should be able to keep most of our gains unless you/we are doing HUGE cycle because we are Pro bodybuilding which 99% of us here are NOT.

Look at how big some of the natural body builder can get with ONLY diet. Most of us or to lazy to put that much work into it, myself included but we should put a LOT of work into it or it's not worth doing.

We are all cheating a little but if you do it right you can keep most/a lot of your gains.

i agree, just come off test e/deca cycle 12 weeks, pct finished 2 days ago and am only 4-6lbs down from my last shot of test e, diet was great throughout pct and i was using slin in pct, have notice some loss of muslce hardness and agression in gym is down but these are to be expected, also first time using clomid in pct and think it made me quite emotional! i feel for women during there periods!

thanks for the info..working hard is not an issue with me..i used to workout 6 days a week and not gain anything except lethargy and dark circles..cant blame those foolish trainers because i was foolish enough to follow them..now am working 3 days a week, cardio alternate days and looking at a diff me..
My question is if besides keeping diet workout and pct to the max if for any possible reason i lose on to mass due to slow test recovery can it be within 5 days..can i have mood swings lethargy or lack of focus during these 5 days..as have a project in 5days and need to be my fittest best(body, mood and focus) for it

I think theres quite a few people out there that don't gain much actual muscle from their cycles and thats why when pct comes around they barely keep any of that weight. They may get strength gains from the androgens interacting with the CNS and etc. and gain weight in the form of water/glucose/blood and such. But I think some people especially the ones that shouldn't be on roids in the first place tend to lose the most, because they never really gained much in muscle on the cycle because they don't know what they are doing when it comes to either their training, diet, or both.
