Test only?
I am 5'7 190# I work out 4 days a week and am working on my diet. What could I expect if I do a test only cycle? I have never done anything before.

what you can expect is dictated by your diet, training, genetics etc

If your diet is done correctly and you train correctly, you can see anywhere from 5-25# of lean muscle over the course of 12 weeks

Thanks for the replies. I am 29 and don't know my bf%. Is it wise to do test by itself. My diet isn't perfect but I try my best to eat clean. Alot of chicken and turkey. I hardly ever drink soft drinks, mostly water and tea.

For a first cycle test only is the best way to go

Ive some great results from test only cycles lol, but as already stated, it depnds on the person but good luck and keep us posted...
