    Gyno question

Into 5th week of first test e cycle. Started gettng some tenderness in nips last week so started taking Adex..Still tender to touch but not any worse and no puffiness. Should the tenderness go away on Adex? Should I increase the dosage. Currently doing .25 ed.

    Thanks

I found adex was very weak for myself and had more sucess running aromasin and nolva but for many adex alone can work. Try increasing the dose to .5mg ed for now.

You should have used the AI at the begining of the cycle to prevent gyno.
Now that you have symptoms I think your better off with something like NOLVA. 40-60MG daily until symptoms reside.

Of course, Douchebag Authority will have something negative to say about it... I mean, obviously i couldnt have put that together myself...

LOL, well with something that LONG and detailed I'm sure there are clerical errors that can be pointed out but I for one am not the type to bash someone who has gone to such great lengths to only help benefit his fellow members. LOL but really nice write up and thanks.

hey war machine, thanks for the link...lot of info there but still confused at to what would be best route at this point. do i drop the arimidex and hit nolva through rest of cycle? or something else? appreciate any advice from you or anybody else...like i said in initial post this is first test cycle so no real experience on handling this
i have nolva, clomid and arimidex on hand if that helps

    thanks

Well if youre still having symptoms, you can do one of two things.

Increase the dose of Adex to .5mgs ED.

Or discontinue the Adex, and begin administering Nolva throughout the remainder of your cycle as well as PCT.

Its really up to you. If no lumps have formed behind the nipple, youre ok for now. If they have or do develop, begin Nolva ASAP!
