    Starting out help?

Hello im 14 year's old and Im a state champion for wrestling. I am going to go into highschool this year and instead of doing a first season sport I will have about 4-5 month's to work out and train for wrestling. We have a weight room at highschool and I might pay to use a gym. I am 125 lb's and hoping for about 135-140 im 5ft 4. I want most to all of the weight muscle, I am not very strong or in shape. Im skinny and live on snack's and video game's this summer sadly and need this to change. So I was wondering what steroid's/supplement's I should take and what I should eat and do?

    Thanks.

Welcome. You should focus on your diet, I wish I had done the same at your age.

BYE you will be banned. To young. Keep reading, learn to diet and work out. If you do roids like some of the other kids you will regret it in a couple of years I promise. If you do steroids before you are 25 or so you will fuse your growth plates so unless you are happy with being as tall as you are NOW dont do ANY. There are also TONS of other side effects for young people they choose to ignore until it's to late.

Please stick around and get educated, learn what/how to eat and you will be 10x better off than any of the kids doing any steroids because you wont be on a dialysis machine at 30 or less, your dick will stick work and you have a better chance of NOT going bald at 25. LOL That's just the beginning.

any steroids now would cause huge problems for you in the future, you are still developing, but huge gains are possible with proper diet and training.

Tanner, the first thing I want to say is that I'm not a steroid expert. I've only started steroids myself and I don't know a hell of a lot about them.

You're 14 years of age and because of that, everyone will give you the same response.

Their responses will be correct, but they might not be delivered in a productive manner.

I'm 22 years old, 8 years older than you. Only 6 years ago I was 16, I had left school early and every adult (including my parents) within 50 metres wanted to lecture me on how I would regret it.

Most adults don't know how to talk to younger people and give them real advice. Maybe as you grow older, you lose touch, you forget what it was like to be that age. I hope that never happens to me.

One thing I want to say, is that in 8 years time, you'll be 22. You're 14 right now, so 8 years sounds like a hell of a long time (and even for me at 22 it sounds like a long time). There's more than a 98% chance that you're still gonna be alive in 8 years time, so that's pretty much a certainty that you'll reach 22 years of age and be able to look back on starting steroids at the age of 14.

Without trying to patronise you, and without trying to be condescending, you will look back and regret it. You won't be as tall, you won't reach the muscle mass potential that you could have reached, and the worst thing is that you might f*** up your entire hormone system.

You don't want to hear this, but it's the best advice that can be given, and you really need to listen to it, you need to wait at least another 6 years before thinking about steroids.

    I wish you the best.

If you do that you are screwed in so many ways except literally because you dick will NOT work. SERIOUSLY!!!
Maybe for a LONG time or permanently also.

If you decide also you dont care about your height/growth, ever having sex for the first time or again, HUGE chance of developing ED (erectile dysfunction) at a VERY early age but you do it anywasy and also decide to do Oral steroids (those are the hardest on your body/liver) then you can easily damage your liver where you will need live long medication or dialysis. Does that sound like fun???

Please forget about the steroids. Please read up on diet. Trust me, you know NOTHING about how you should eat and the HUGE gains you can make naturally. I'm 46 and a little over a year ago I though I know about diet and have been pretty healthy all my life. After reading this site I discovered I know NOTHING before.

    So on.
the potential problems are too many to even list, but among others you could likely be impotent and unable to get an erection for the rest of your life. I don't know if you are sexually active yet, but one day you will be glad that you are, and will hate life if you find someone special and can't get it up.

don't be discouraged, diet plays the biggest role, I wish someone had told me that at your age. read up in the diet section and you will be amazed at the growth if you do things right, by the last years of high school people will already think you're on steroids and you will be natural.

You are going to have other kids who will tell you it's not true, they have never had any problems.

Ask them again in 10 years. There are 100s of stories on hear if you do enough searching from people who started doing roids at a young age, 18+ who regret it, who have had many medical problems, who have ED and many other things.

You will experience pier pressure on this but it's a part of life and you need to learn to get past it. Honestly if you start reading the diet section and start eating VERY healthy, 6+ times a day you will grow HUGE fast and you will keep your gains and never have to worry about being banned from wrestling, football or any sports for being caught using roids and you will make your Girlfriends MUCH happier.

Just because you are not going to do them dont leave. Stay, read and learn.

creatine would be ok but you should mainly focus on diet and traning and dont overtrain when i look back at when i was in hs diet and overtraining were my biggest problems so go to the diet section and the workout section and learn you'll be way ahead of all the other kids

Good advise, do NOT over train. Something I started a little over a year ago that has given me GREAT results compared to anything I have ever done was to keep things simple. Forget all the stupid little stuff like works 2 or 3 muscle groups at the same time, forget things like fore arm curls except once in a while. Stick with the basics like chest, bicep, tricep, back, legs and only work 1 muscle group a day and not more than 5 days a week working out. Make sure you have good rest time between each set and DONT lift to heavy. Form is 90% of it. Use FULL range or motion, keep each set SLOW with good form, leave your ego at home trying to do max weight all the time and you will have GREAT results.
