thinking of running a cycle of var in a few months.

220lbs

lifting for 18 years (except when injured)
train hard 4 days a week
36 years old
never ran aas before
eat very well with about 200grams of protein a day spaced out over 6 meals and a total of 2500-3000 cals a day total. well balanced diet.
my question is do i need to ramp up and down with var? if so this is what im thinking.
week1 30mged
week2 40mged
week3 50mged
week4 50mged
week5 50mged
week6 40mged
week7 30mged
if not im thinking of running 40mg ed for 7 weeks
or, would it be better to run 40mg for week1 and then 50mg ed for the next 5 weeks?
200 @ 10mg ea. is what im getting.
