Are you shooting every 3.5 days? Also you could start armidex at .5 ed if your not already that can help also.

Yeah just divide your dose in half and shoot twice a week it will give you more stable levels and probably help with your sides.

tanning helps x10 as well. I ran test C at 500 mgs a week and I could see it trying but the tanning and washing kept it down and eating clean

I'd be very careful w/ accutane it is extremely toxic on the liver. What you can try is Pantothenic acid. You can buy it at a supplement shop, I get mine from the vitamin shoppe. Each capsule is 500 mg's I take in 10 a day so that's 5,000 mg's. I noticed a difference, along with the tanning twice a week.

It has affected my CrossFit for the fact that when doing it I sweat like crazy, and everyone takes off there shirts because it's so hot--"TAMPA FL", and my back is so bad that I keep my shirt on, so that's how it's affected my training, but I do complete the whole Crossfit...Im going to try the dish soap and tanning, and maybe go to the Vitamin store for Pantothenic acid as Chitown Raider suggested...

just get some over the counter acne wash...it needs to have 10% benzoyl peroxide. I had the same issue and this is what my derm recommended. It cleared me up, then I got myself a real good tan and that helped to even out the coloring of the blemishes left behind.

Either have your girlfriend apply it to your back or get a back scrubber and place some on there. Let it stand on your back for a couple minutes before washing it off.

I use it once per day before bed because it will bleach any clothes or your bed sheets so you have to be careful. Like I said I wash with it before bed and then just put on a real loose tank to wear to bed. This helps to prevent getting it on your sheets.

I've ruined a couple shirts by applying it in the morning and then wearing a shirt afterwards...so be warned...but it works

Yeah, I got the same thing also. Called PanOxyl got it at Walgreen's, 10% benzoyl peroxide. I let it sit on the skin for about 10 minutes, then wash off it really helps w/ the drying of the skin.

    1.5 ml a week?

What dosage per ML is that?

you are breaking out that bad at that dosage?

I get it bad on my shoulders.

Wash your sheets a few times a week, and i have found that fruit helps, mostly because it keeps you hyderated.

Most of the acne you get, is an infection UNDER the skin, scrubbing it all day won't help.

The problem lies in the amount of oil your skin produces. Accutane is probably the solution, but accutane should not be ran on a cycle IMO unless you have liver values check while doing it.

no problem! just make sure you get that tan, it really helps to even the blotches out so you can take your shirt off...for me I had to stay away from the pool because I didn't want anyone to see my back.

When I was on HGH low doses and I ran 500 mg's of test E a week, my acne cleared up. It was shortly after stopping the HGH that the acne flared up again.

You don't run the dosages derm recommend. You run 20mg MAYBE bump up to 40mg, and it kills any acne that is building up. Than you come down to 10mg maintence for the rest of your cycle.

I've had great success with Keflex or the generic version Cephalexin 500mg. I ran it at 2,000mgs/ed for a couple of months together with ant-bacterial soap (Dial) and it seemed to have completely cleared up my back.

I just got over some really bad acne. I used Minocycline oral antibiotic and Clindamycyn topical. This worked real well to get rid of my acne, but remember there is still and underlying problem, hormal imbalances. Im at the point where I cant run gear anymore. I have some Tane but Im waiting a while to let my liptids recover from my last cycle.

Your best bet is to go to a doctor and ask for the two meds I mentioned above, but when you come off theres a real good chance it will come back.

    Good luck.

It's going to keep it under control and elimnate thats what it does. High dosages of accutane is used to PERMANTENTLY alter oil glands. Derm put people on accutane because it will in the end permantently alter their oil glands thus effectively ending acne.

Running it at a low dosage however will be enough to prevent breakouts. So when a breakout does occur run at 20mg till it subsides than drop down to 10mg for maintence. What it does is dry up the oil glands thus acne cannot survive without mositure.

Never underestimate Accutane it is powerful shit.

DO NOT use dish soap on your faces or skin!!! wtf why is everyone so anxious to jump on that ship, it might temporarly get rid of acne but it's BAD for your skin!!!
if you are going to stick with OTC products make sure to use nizoral on your back and benzoyl peroxide (10%) and use natural acne cleansers from Anthony Logistics.
it's much better to treat your skin with natural products intended FOR your skin not getting hamburger grease off dirty dishes.

I think things might have gotten misunderstood here. I was talking about using the pantothenic acid in high doses. That's why I asked what is 20 mg's gonna do. Each capsule I have is 500 mg's.

Patothenic acid (vitamin b5) can be really effective. From what i understand - it will push the remaining oil in the skin to the surface - thus making acne worse for a couple days..... then it stops more oil form being produced - and thats when you clear up.

IS is spot on with the accutane IMO..... stuff works like a charm every time.

also dont use dish soap. this is coming from my dermatologist. yes it dries your skin but also irritates, clogs pores, and makes your skin produce more oil. tanning, retinoids (oral and topical), vitamin A, antibiotics (oral and topical), noncomedogenetic soap all work.

Walgreens sells 30 capsules @ 10mg for $325.00 The generic equivalents are Claravis, Sotret, and Amnesteem. (yahoo answers)

Depending on your insurance plan it will come out at different prices, my insurance has a 20 dollar co-pay on all on prescription medications so it would only cost me 20 dollars. The only bad thing about it is, if you are put on accutane you have to get routine bloodwork from your doctor because it is hepatoxic, thus cycling might interfere with the whole process if you go the "legal" route.

I know a source that sells pharma grade Accutane for about $30 for 10 pills. You can find research grade accutane as well.

(I hope discussing accutane prices is not against this boards rules of conduct)

Oh, I was talking about Accutane dosages, I was wondering what the hell you were talking about saying your acctuane capsules are 500mgs lol
