all right. im about 250 lbs right now.i broke my leg about 5 months ago and was stuck on the couch for three months (and drank a shit load of beer) I was in great shape before my injury about 210 and was on testoprim-d and superdroll. I still have all my muscle but gained alot of fat to go with it.
What can i go on to drop the fat? what kind of diet should i have?and what kind of exersizes can i do to drop the beer gut and love handles?
