    Question Shedding fat

    all right. im about 250 lbs right now.i broke my leg about 5 months ago and was stuck on the couch for three months (and drank a shit load of beer) I was in great shape before my injury about 210 and was on testoprim-d and superdroll. I still have all my muscle but gained alot of fat to go with it.
    What can i go on to drop the fat? what kind of diet should i have?and what kind of exersizes can i do to drop the beer gut and love handles?

    Get off the couch, stop drinking the beer and go read the DIET section where all the information you need is.
    Get on the tread mill and bike, get your heart/blood going. It took time to put on it will take time to get off

    Start cardio and adjust your diet while maintaining a weight training program the fat gain will slowly disappear if you become active again, for a more specified diet go to the diet section and check out the stickies.

    Cardio, cardio, cardio ! 45minutes a day, 5 days a week and low fat diet will be the key to your success
