I too feel your test should be higher than deca. Even if it's not necassary, why wouldnt you want to run more test? Test is the root of all goodness in the lifting world. Deca is okay but is some what mild. Regardless, take the same amount of test e the entire time. Can you swing grabbing more test? I'd at the least do 500mg/week test, 500mg/week deca, but preferably a bit more test e. Especially since this isn't your first go round, I just don't think you will be pleased with the cycle you have outlined.
