    insomnia?

    hey guys currently in my first cycle
    neally 4 weeks in
    40mg dbol daily, for 4 weeks
    500mg test ethanatate weekly, 12 weeks

    havent experienced any side effects except really bad water retention so far

    ive lately been having trouble sleeping or insomnia, anyone know a good way to combat this? or weaken the problem?

    D-bol is know for water retention. Take a benadryl b4 u go to bed. Nyquil works great too.

    if you can access it try mirtazapine (remeron). its a tricyclic antidepressant that will knock you right out, but heres the kicker: it also significantly reduces cortisol levels.

    a lot of people say that melatonin helps them sleep! Never worked for me but it is cheap and available anywhere so you can try it. If not, Nyquil always works good, Tylenol Pm also is OK Like Set Rogan Said in 40 r old Virgin, Take 3 and try to jerk off before falling asleep. the great thing is you always win!

    I am on the exact same cycle and suffer from the same side affects. Try taking the dbol in the morning after breakfast and at night right before you go to bed. Ive found properly spacing out the Dbol helps weaken this problem partially. That being because it raises your blood pressure/heart rate, keeping you wired too the wee hours of the night when your muscles need to dream

    im on same cycle and have had no probs at all, minimal water gain and certainly no sleep probs!

    try somatomax it also boosts hgh levels while you sleep ,strong stuff . it says to take one scoop 1/2 hor before bed , but iwould try 1/2 scoop first and see how you feel . i did one full scoop and i was dizzy almost all day the next day at work,bad day!

    ok well the benadryl didnt work, ive already been spacing out my dbol dosages
    i workout in the morning
    i think ill try the anti depressent reccomended, a mate reckons valium would help aswell, since i can get the stuff cheaply i might try it

    use some melatonin. really helps me when i am on mass cycles.
