letro and caber one week no change

been taking both for one week and nipple still sensitive to touch and lump no change at all coulkd i have fake product

Letro takes 4+ weeks to get into blood and up to 8 weeks (60 days) to stablize and be detectable in blood plasma levels.

It takes a while to kick in is what I am saying, caber is for progesterone related gyno/side effects, are you taking tren or deca? If so at what dosage?
