k guys i been on a dbol 40mg per week for four weeks cycle with 500mg of test a week im currently almost done with the second week my nipples have been getting really puffy lately worried about gyno just wondering if i should take arimidex if so how much ive read that .25mg eod does the trick not sure need input

i would start a little higher on the adex for now, perhaps .25mg ED as well as implement some nolva at 20mg ED until symptoms subside. then you can drop the nolva ant lower the dex

dont worry about hindering your gains. for one you shouldnt need to be on those doses very long and for two this is gyno were talking. better to deal with i now.

can you feel a lump behind the nipple?

behind the tip of the nipple or wat and should this lump be like a point or wat i think i feel one in my right nipple but not left not completly sure tho but my nipples have gotten more puffy than usual just to make sure i dont get gyno you know how long should i run arimidex and at .25 mg ed

not sure of lump and no sensitivity... could just be water.

its hard to say when to lower the dose. i would try it for a week and see if there is improvement. if so then lower to .25 EOD.

so .25 mg everyday and im gettin 1mg pills so wat should i break them up ?

yup or you can cut them in half and do .5mg EOD
