guys, i was looking around for an answer to my question, cant seem to find it ne wer so here it goes: what time of the day should nolva be taken? and if im on 40mg a day i.e. 2 tabs/day, should i take both tabs at once or split during the day?

I dont believe it matters that much but if you wanted to be sure just split the dose first thing in the morning then about 8-12 hours later.

Take it once per day, it as a long half life.
