some advice for a beginner. thanks

Hello my name is jon i am new to the forum. i am turning 23 in december i am about 215 lbs i have been lifting on and off for about 6 years but i have really gotten serious the past 2 years or so. i work out 3 days a week iv been getting pretty good results over the past few years by eating good and training hard. i am on day 2 of a supplement called spawn. i talked to many people who used it and did a lot of research as far as pct and so on. i dont know if this stuff even really works or if its just a pill full of flour so please dont be ignorent or sarcastic if the supplement is just bull shh. i have been thinking about taking a cycle of a weak/beginner steroid and i am trying to research as much as i can of course. what would you recommend for a beginner. alot of info would be really apreciated as far as recommended dosage and cycle length and proper pct, SERM, ect.. thank you. also im not one of those guys who think on steroids you will be huge in 1 month. i understand hard work and proper diet and disipline are a must.

Thats good. What does your diet and training look like?

You say your 215lbs, how tall are you? What is your BF% ?

Now, diet critique is more for the diet section, but show me what you eat a day, like this....

    Example:

    Meal 1
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)

    Meal 2
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)

    Meal 3
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)

    Meal 4
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)

    Meal 5
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)

    Meal 6
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
xxxxxxx ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)

Totals: Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg

Well, if the supplements are working for you, keep going. But IMO, you need to have everything down pat before you start any AAS. Diet, training, etc needs to be down. Try to keep a journal of what you eat every day, pay attention to the macros of what you eat and write those down too. Also keep track in a journal your training, reps, sets, weight, etc.

I am not saying your diet is not good, but from how loose your diet details are, I would guess it can be improved before you start anything steroid related.

thanks im gonna start writing everything down so its easier to go over. once i get that locked down what do you suggest i do then. i have at least 3 or 4 months till i even consider taking any AAS of course. so that will give me plenty of time to keep a log and track my progress. do you recomend oral or inject

Write everything down, then compare week by week. Once you get a solid diet in place that fits your goals, you will notice your gains will start to increase. Then you can monitor how your body naturally gains when on proper diet and training. Then when you are ready to cycle, you can keep writing things down, then you will see how each cycle affects your gains in comparison to naturally.

And when you are ready, if you are going to do things the right way, I would recommend injections. But like I said, lets get you a new diet started so your body can adapt to it first.

With your diet, track your daily meals and macros, like the example I posted up earlier. With the training, if you increase your reps or sets, then write those down, like I said, with a new diet in place, you will notice your body adapting to it, and your gains will increase naturally.

It is a good way to track your bodies progress.

Check out our diet section, and post up what your daily diet is, then listen to all the critiques our diet gurus post. It can get kind of complicated with some of the questions they will ask (TDEE and such), but if you follow through with all their recommendations, you will not be disapointed.

Thats a good idea. Too many people take steroids lightly, then they end up hurting themselves in the long run.

    Good luck and BE CAREFUL
