Wow! You should feel clen 5 minutes after you take it! and even if you need higher doses, at 100mcg or less a day i do not know anyone who would not be abkle to say they can "feel" it! Should be giving you the shakes, should feel warmer inside! Do you know exactly what your nominal body temp is for you? If so take your temperature. Your temp should be elevated .5 to 1 full degree on a good dose of clen
your on day 7 and haven't noticed any drop in weight or body bf drop?
if so it's cause your diet is not suitable for you.
when u take then clen do u feel jittery, warmer, shakey? anythin so show signs
at that dosage u should feel something
if u dont id question the quality or dosage of ur clen
on day 7 u should notice something
remeber clen can stimulate ur metabalsim by id say 5-10% IMO
so ur not going to loose 5kg in first week
but u should notice some of the effects
Hows your body temp?
Have you lost any weight/body fat?
Is the clen UGL?
Have you felt nothing from the clen within those 7 days?
some people have very high tolerances of stimulants, my friend was able to take the max dose clen and felt nothing![]()
i have lost weight but i cut alot of calories cause i was bulking... even tho i weigh less i dont feel any leaner...
the clen is pill form sopharma
my temp was 99 degrees.. so my body temp is definately up... but im not seeing any sweating/ fat burning...
i have felt some energy and a racing heart beat but i thought i would see more results... i know its early in the cycle still
Early days, carry on upping the dose and see how you go, if your body temp in climbing and you have seen weight loss, things look like they are on track, some people or a select few do have very high tolerance to clen, you may be one them those.
The main area for fat loss will be in your diet and cardio program, the clen and t3 are just tools to help you achieve it quicker, but the hardwork still has to be done via diet and cardio.
Man, I worked up to 200 on clen and felt nothing....blood pressure was up, body temp was the same.
Some people it will not work for I guess.
