    Smile Prohormone ?

    If I was taking Wicked 50 by AMMO, Am I suppose to workout everyday or do I still need to take some days off. Also when will I be able to see results.

    Yes definitely. Your body needs rest to grow and you cat recover if your always working out. Rest is essential to good gains.
