i think test flu is more fever,,, night sweets,
swollen glands is very common with the flu,,,,

Well I qualified to say as I am not an MD plus its the internet. But swollen and tender lymph nodes can be caused by many different things ranging from not so serious to very serious. It is a pretty good indicator for physicians that tells them that something is going on in the body that needs to be investigated. Plus you have free health care in the UK so why not get it checked out...does it sound bad then
