    Thumbs up 2 weeks on sustanton 250! and unsure about my huge gains?

    Tomorrow will be two weeks on sustanton 250 and I have been working out daily for the last month, after hardly lifting at all and not eating right for the last 2 years. I took action when I started to get daily comments on how skinny I was becoming. I used to be pretty jacked while playing Football, however after highschool I let it go. I am unsure of my gains with sustanton 250 I read online that it takes 3 to 4 weeks to see results, however I have gained 14 lbs in the last three weeks? I was wondering if this is caused by the sustanton, or my bodys natural response to getting the calories it should have and working out again? I have been taking 180 grams of protien and 6,000 calories + creatine every day. since highschool I have lost over 30 lbs but after these last three weeks I see hope. I did not think it was possible to get back to the old me this quickly! Please let me know your opinion on these extremely fast results while using sustanton. Are they my bodys way of saying thank you butthead or are the caused from the sustanton?

    i think ur good to go man. im only on my 2nd week of my first cycle and i see results already. some of it might be muscle memory while some is water weight and possibly some fat from increasing the cals that much more. nothin to worry about bro. sust is generally a shorter ester too so it takes a shorter time to gain mass

    Wow, great ratio, 180g protein/6000 cals! Wtf? U say u havent eaten or worked out in 2yrs and now just starting and ur surprised ur gaining weight? Um, that would naturally happen without any aas so it will be kind of a waste and/or perfect environment for some mean stretch marks! What r ur stats again? Interested to know for only 180g of protein a day.

    Yeh bro 180 grams of protein is 720calories...Lets say you ar not eating lean and getting 150 g of fat a day thats 1350 calories + the 720 =2070! that means you are eating 1000grams of cars a day! Dude be reAdy to get very very fat you are not going to stay lean for long eating that many carbs a day! You need to cut the carbs in 1/2 and triple the protein if you want to eat that heavy! Way Way to many carbs and that is a oow ball if you are not eating that much fat it is actually higher!

    lol, dude your going to have so many stretch marks, thighs, ass, lower back, upper chest, under arm possibly side of lats.

    this was really nieve to start a cycle after not working out for 2 years, your putting much un needed stress on your system....your body is already going to go into shock by you starting to lift, but adding aas to the picture can prove to be recless.

    be careful about what you are doing to your body you only ahve one... you should have had a solid base and diet for a solid amount of time befor touching aas, if i were you i would stop now and start pct...if you even know what that is

    only working out for a month bro? you should have at least gave it a try naturally because all the weight you gain so far is from your diet not the juice.

    So true, lol it reminds me of myself in high school when I went from a skinny depressed kid that ate 2 meals a day to a wanna be bodybuilder eating everything in site @ 6 meals a day and lifting 5 days a week for 2 hours. Of course I didnt have money for supplements let alone know anything about steroids or anythign like that hell I thought NO products and protein would get me HUGE

    Anyway I went from 6'0 134lbs to 174lbs in 4 months, needless to say it looked like someone cut me open, I had strech marks down arms, lats, chests, back, etc.

    And it continued to this day, most of the strech marks from when I started have gotten really light and aren't visible but now there are new ones forming around my lats and arms. Hell I have strech marks that are in the inside of my elbow running down my forearms. THOSE ARE AWESOME CONVO STARTERS, people at parties look said "Dude I dont know if this alright to ask you this, but what happen to your forearms" and I look and laugh and say "those are strech marks from gaining weight too fast".

    Im eating at least 4 meals a day and im trying to bulk up so 6000 calories is not to much, read up homeboy. each serving of the mass gainer Im getting from gnc is 1100 calories at 68 grams of protien and I am consuming 180 grams of protien because I weigh 180 lbs if you read up you would have known how much I weigh.I have been doing hours and hours of reasearch on building mass and im doing what everyone says and its working great. Since my last post I have gained another 8 lbs of lean mass I have hardly any fat on my body at all and I dont think I will anytime soon. So eating that many Carbs is actually a good thing if your trying to gain weight bros! I could gain 15 lbs of fat and still not look fat at all, so bash me all you want its working for me so far! when it stops working I will make sure I dont listen to anything you say thats for sure and this is to the guys that were kinda being dic*s everyone else thanks for the info love to hear more from ya thanks! and I am a laborer I Mason tend all the time,and I can bet you if I would have been eating right for these last two years I would more than likely be a tank. It was just hard to eat for me with all the stress not sure y? I had a lot of shit going on and in the summer its hard to sit down and eat when its 100 outside and you just worked and strained yourself for 5 hrs. So to answer the other guys question its not like I have not been active lol thats all I do is mason tend and for any of you guys that have done this you would know that you work harder doing that than most guys workout in the gym, especially when your humping 12 inch splitface block all day for a year straight and you have been two laborers short because the owner of the company is a greaty basta*d.     I told you bro Ive been looking this shit up man I used to be jacked a while back, and you saying some shit like that is an insult lol hmmmmm whats a Pct? your shouldnt say stuff like that. you could let me know what it is nicely but instead your an ass about it. Post cycle therapy noveldex and hcg allready have them in my dresser man got them months before i even started I have no strech marks either maybe you are just the type of person that gets them I know a chick that gaine 70lbs during pregnancy and has bareily any marks to prove that.. Its who you are not just what you do. No really thanks for the heads up I have a solid base just not like I used to be, but very solid Indeed before I ever started juice Cant be a puss anf masontend for 5 years,however I have seen guys I would call *****s in th gym and some of them look like the govener of Cali iun his prime, but none the less they are *****s!

    mate 2 years off and eating like shit your body is not ready for aas you've started training and your body is going to change itself for the next 3-4 months food will help again for another 3 maybe 6 month then you may hit the wall and then and only then if your stats are good you should be talking to the guys that you told to kiss your ass it's called advise if you no better go screw yourself up and make a new post saying should have listened!!!! don't be a hater

    Yeah bro what everyone is telling you is right. First off yes 6k cals prob is too much for a 180lb person but I have a ridiculious metabolism myself so am not doubting you. But most opt for a 40/40/20(P/C/F) split. 180 grams of protein is not nearly 40% of your calories.

    Secondly there is muscle memory which means if you have been bigger before you can grow much easier and faster so running a cycle isnt really needed. You should have gotten as far as you could naturally off the muscle memory then when gains slow add in some aas.
