    Question concerning Test for my next cycle.... input appreciated!

    Greetings and Thank You for looking in on the thread!

    My stats are....
    Age 22
    Height 5 10
    Weight 165
    BF around 12% although i do have a 6 pack which i attribute to doing Ju-jit su and MMA 2 days a week. I have always been a little more bulky then shredded.
    I have been training at least 4x a week quite consistently for at least three and a half years.
    My diet and Nutrition are not the best you have heard on this website but certainly respectable. I give in occasionally with butter and sometimes wont pass up the slice of birthday cake, but this is very seldom. I take what i consider all necessary vitamins and minerals a day and have habitually done so for 2 years now. These consists of multi, saw pal, cranberry extract, milk thistle (i am 22 and do drink, although i control it), lycin, glutamine, glucosamine, and fish oil.

    I now have a question regarding my next cycle.

    Im trying to figure out which Test i should use for my next cycle. In my 2 previous cycles i have used Test 400 and it has worked wonderfully. Unfortunately im unable to get my hands on some this time. Im wondering what Test would compliment my cycle best for the results im trying to achieve. Im initially thinking i want my cycle to consist of...

    Week 1 - 4 D-bol
    Week 1 - 10 Test
    Week 5 - 9 Anavar

    I have been speaking with my juiceman and i expressed to him i would like to see results sooner rather then later since summer is already half way over. Does that mean i would be looking for a shorter ester?

    He is trying to push me in the direction of adding injectable Winstrol to this cycle but i dont know if he is pushing me in this direction because he wants to push it or he honestly believes it would compliment the cycle well. I definitely trust him i just like to also get outside opinions.

    My first two cycles consisted of Test 400 and just D-Bol and i yielded quite significant gains from that alone. This time im looking to obviously try a bigger cycle. Any input from the experienced or knowledgeable would be greatly appreciated. Although i dont post often im an avid reader and value most the input of this website.

    What gains? You are 165lbs. A good diet will gain you another 40lbs naturally. What does your diet look like?

    for real 2 cycles and only that weight...did u do PCT? do u know what it is?

    The most i ever got up to was 180 and that was on my last cycle. I have always been a very small guy. I do know what PCT is and i took it chlo and one other PCT after each cycle.

    Its difficult for me to keep weight on, and if i really try to put weight on i just start getting a gut. I had to take up running for a while after my last cycle because i guess i wasnt getting in enough cardio when i was cycling. I lost my 6 pack and began to get the appearance of what i perceived to be fat. Im actually about 170 and probably closer to 5 9 but obviously that doesnt really make any difference compared to the stats i gave earlier, each of you are still picturing the same body type. When i started lifting in high school i was only 115. I have been very skinny my while life and have a very fast metabolism, i credit this to playing soccer for sometime. 170 for me is keeping some of the weight on that i gained in my past cycles....

    As for my diet i eat a healthy breakfast every morning, normally eggs with one slice of swiss cheese. 1 Piece of whole wheat bread (only bread i eat) with normally peanut butter and typically a glass of milk. Always have 2 protein shakes a day, one sometime after breakfast and the other after a workout. Lunch is normally a fruit smoothie with yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, bananna, and orange juice. I drink one of these every day for a snack. I live in san diego and i typically eat a brown rice and black bean burrito on a whole wheat tortilla quite often. And obviously dinner changes every night although i try to be strong minded and be as healthy as possible. Its easy for me to give in a little during dinner and i wrongly justify this in my mind by thinking im fortunate to have the metabolism i have :/

    I eat typically 3000 calories a day and i honestly believe that on some days that number is on the conservative side. I make sure to drink plenty of water through out the day to keep digestion moving quickly and the body hydrated.....

    Hmmm, you need to start with a change in your diet. Go to the diet section and post up your current diet with macros included, and make sure to post your goals with your diet and let them critique it. You will be amazed at the results you get with just a change in your eating habits. Don't go on another cycle until you get this worked out.

    When you post up your diet, make it look like this*, include macros, so take the time to write everything down you eat, and make a habit of checking the Nutritional values of everything so we can better help you.
