My Cytomel Cycle...Opinions Please.
T3: 6 Week Cycle
25mcg 4days
50mcg 4days
75mcg 5days
100mcg 10days
75mcg 4days
62.5mcg 3days
50mcg 3days
37,5mcg 3days
25mcg 3days
12.5mcg 4days
Week 1-Week 4:
Carb 20-30%/ Pro 50-60%/ Fat 20%
Calories = 1500
Carbs = 300-450 calories
Protein = 750-900 calories
Fat = 300
Week 5:
Carb 50-60%/ Pro 20-30%/ Fat 20%
Calories = 1500
Carbs = 750-900 calories
Protein = 300-450 calories
Fat = 300
(High Intensity Cardio)
Week 6:
Carb 40%/ Pro 40%/ Fat 20%
(High Intensity Cardio)
T3 Post Cycle Therapy (4-6 weeks):
Initial 3 day carb up:
Carbs: 1.75g X BW
Protein: 0.75g X BW
Fat: 0.25g X BW
Supplements:
L-Tyrosine: 1-3g ED
Flaxseed oil + Fish oil: 20g total ED
Diet: >50% Carbs/ 30% Protein/ <20% Fat, calories at maintenance (+ or - 12 X BW)
High intensity cardio: 75-80% of Max Heart Rate; 15-20 min 3-4 times a week.
No Ephedrine, Clen , T2, DNP , or anything that has an effect on metabolism. Moderate doses of caffeine can be used before cardio.
T3 will be taken on an empty stomach, in the morning. When more than 50mcg is taken, it will be split through the day.

T3 by itself without any testosterone will burn your muscle right up.

agree w/ ottomadox and jigga...you need either test or some form of oral or you can kiss your muscle goodbye! If the "cross country runner" look is what you are after than go ahead and run t3 without any aas. Also, after a week or so your endogenous t3 production will be shutdown so no need to taper towards the end. You could drop down from the 100mcg to 50mcg for the last 4 days and this will be efficient...just be aware that your body might have a "rebound effect" as your natural t3 production cranks back up.
