    Question clen @ 180mcg

used clen on cycle.it is super stuff .ramped upto120mcg max and could tolerate it well.only slight hand shivers..wanted to know if i could go ahead with 150 and try 180 if i can manage it..but this will happen when i am in the second week of pct as i am 2weeks off after my last dose of clen..is it a good idea to use clen for pct

clen isn't a game. you should keep a moderate dose and watch better you diet. having a high dosage won't help you lose a lot more fat but can bring you a lot of trouble!

that is a very high resting heart rate.

alot of guys feel you recieve diminishing returns above 140-160mcg

and no i would not run it post cycle

60-100 is the normal resting range.

    110-114 is too high

my bad..the heart rate is when i am about to start cardio which is usually after my workouts, when i wear the cardio heart rate belt..so 110-114 would not be my exact resting heart rate..also about pct would it still eat into the muscles if i ran it low at 90 or something

to get your resting heart rate. and this is what we did as competitive cyclist and triathletes we measured it as soon as we woke up. as you have been relaxed all night this will give you a good indication of wear your heart rate is at!!
