Heya guys i have a problem
So guys Yesterday i was called into Command Post yesterday for weight check and taping. In febuary is said i weighed 180 at 70 inches tall!!! So yesterday I weighed 206 without clothes and was taped my neck is 16 1/2 inches they taped around my belly button at 39 inches. They used the Chart to do BF percentage and said it read exactly 25 which i believe is wrong. So anyways Im on cycle week 6 rite now at 400 mgs of test a week and 400 mgs of deca !! Im trying to figyre out on how to get to 15 percent in the nxt 2 months guys!! So im here ask for helo from all of you! I will lay out diet all stats even routine if ya guys could helo me plse so much!!! If not i will be put on medical leave until they deem me "FIT" to be in the NAVY!!
Im 20 yrs old
weight 205ish
Plse help very much needed and willing to do whatever you suggest!!!

So you are about 5'9, 205(ish) lbs? Now, did they use callipers to calculate BF%, or was it just a standard BMI chart?
Also, if you are wanting to cut weight, a Test and Deca cycle is not going to help.
What does your diet look like in detail?

its 16 weeks ok test at 400 mgs and 14 weeks of 400 mgs of deca a week

I never would have figured so many men in the military use steroids . They dont test you for such substances?

I think he is addressing feeldapumps statement about testing for steroids , saying, "no (they do not test often), due to the stress (hecktic lifestyle), they turn a blind eye"

and it is very important bro!!! I willing to do what ev you guys think!! Should i drop deca run just test and do low carbs!! Really is up to u guys im here to ask your help not other way around so all is very much apprciated!!!! But here is my thing to say im 25 percent bf is saying im carriing over 50 lbs of fat and i dont believe i am!!!

Hey bro I'm an assistant CFL in the Navy. Per regulation we can not use a tape (neck and waist) as a definitive means of calculating your body fat percentage. You have the right to request another means of figuring out a body fat % is.

not just cuz you wear size 30 or 31 pants doesnt man ur waist is that size remember that! it a measure around ur naval in the miltary big difference. It gets ****ed up if your have ate previous to the taping!!!

I take it you havent heard what you want to hear yet so you are looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear so it will all be good? You already got some good advise. Get in shape naturally first before considering doing another cycle or adding anything to it. Instead of trying to find what you can add/take why not focus on diet and exercise.

not at all true lovebyts just trying to get a general consensus among everyone of what i should do!!! Some say keep the test add clen and t3 some says stop do pct cut naturally!!! So just getting ideas from everyone. Trust me its not that im getting what i dont wana hear or everything will be good cuz its not good!! So all advice is welcome just want to get as many ideas as posible form JBM you tmos all the vets.

Basically what everyone is telling you that there is no miracle drug that will help and your diet is not good. You should prolly stop all the AAS and PCT and get your diet together and cut. Once you get going and down to like a 32 waist and you've been lifting for a while and gaining MUSCLE then do AAS later when you're actually ready.
