    Question New kid on the Block

    Ive been working out for the past 3 years. Im wanting to get the juice ( im an old guy! I know you guys call it gear). But should i trust these web sit places. My pals tell me to go to a gym, but why?
    1 I have my own work out goodies. ( wieghts, benches, etc.)
    2 why am I going to give my money to some guy that might rip me off?

    I may be new here and i hope my thread doesnt get me in deep crap. But, Im serious. Can any one give me sound advice about this on line stuff? Or do i play footsy.
    for example.. This place above my head. Its selling Deca 200?? To me it sound like crap in a bottle, all thats missing are the flies!

    A guy in the gym will have to face you again if he rips you off, .com wont have that problem. Both are shady, need to hang around, learn and make friends.

    Those web sites are crap, if you would like help from people you might want to post your stats.
    No one here is going to give you a source. Your best bet is to keep lifting and eventually you will find a source at a gym.

    Post Stats?? As you can tell im no Hang at the gym guy. I actually Hate Gyms. No privacy. and you have to fight for your time.

    I buy my own stuff. No waiting, no fighting. always ready for me.

    You are probably under estimating your bf is what he meant and judging by your diet I am 99.9% sure you are underestimating your bf. You need to stay around and learn buddy.

    what method did you use to determine your bf%? 4% is HIGHLY unlikely at your stats. I'm not saying it's impossible, just not likely.

    So what is Bf?? Body fat?? if so I AM at 4%. My build is like a basketball player. Im sorta thin. But i am ripped. Not like massive. I want to be.

    4 % is a tough number to hold! That is what most pro bodybuilders are at on stage and it is very unhealthy.

    well a solid first cycle is test only, 500mg/week for 12 weeks would be a great start. You also need to have a solid pct on hand, that's what you run after the cycle to help your body return to normal.

    As far as my diet. I do eat lots of meat ( chicken and beef) I have a VERY high motab. I also take alot of supp.

    If you have personal trainers they should know of a source. also yo are in texas? go south bro, but be careful. anyway if you are telling the truth about your bf then the best way to get everyone off your back is to post a pic. just edit out hte face or take it from the shoulders down. and go to diet section because your diet is shit

    My diet is quite simple.. Very light breakfast. Yogart and juice and hydroxy cut hardcore. 1 1/2 hr workout.
    meal replacement drink.
    5 hour rest
    30 min work out ( light )
    heavy dinner.
