Done both together a number of times and had great results...
how much did you gain, and how much did you keep? Also, did you notice a lot of side-effects?

When i first used the two mentioned compounds (many years ago) i gained 20/30lbs.
Never ran a pct so lost it all...
knowing that every one is different, if you had used PCT, how much do you think you would have kept?
I may have kept most of it if id have done a pct, also my dick didnt work for months after because i never did a pct...

I have run sust but not a big fan, I get better results from prop or test e, but if you run it right and got your diet in check bro you will grow...test is test so if it prop, test e-c, or sust you will build muscle......
if this is your first cycle and you eat every two hours and run this cycle for 12 weeks and get your protein, carbs, and fats in you should see around 20 plus pounds of LMM (lean muscle mass) and if your pct is in check you will keep most of it......
It will be my 2nd cycle, my fisrt cycle I did Deca and Test Cyp, but failed to do PCT *retard move* and my diet wasn't in check so mainly I gained about 10 lbs of fat, no bueno.......but this was about 3 years ago

I'm currently on week 2 of a 12 week Sustanon 250 and D-bol cycle. I've gained 6 lbs the first week and 4 lbs the second week. I'm a little freaked out. I didn't think it was going to work this fast. i was planning to gain about 2lbs a week. I think a lot of the weight is water weight. My muscles are pronounced buy rather round. I'll have to PCT and see how much of it I can keep. Good luck.
on sust now at 750mg/wk,just bumped it to eod and 400mg/wk deca,just bumped it up to 600mg/wk.first time running sust.starting 5th week tomorrow and have gained 10lbs so far.usually i run cyp with great results but wanted to try something different.so far so good but i think in my winter cycle i'll go back to my good ol' cyp.
