I am about to begin my 3rd cycle. Please critique it before it begins for sure.

Week 1-16 Test E 625mg/week
Week 1-14 Deca 400mg/week
PCT
Week 18-23 HCG 500iu EOD (10,000iu)
Week 18 for 30 Days
Novaldex 20mg
Clomid 50mg
Aromasin 12.5mg

Is the AI necessary? Does the clomid and Novaldex need to be run longer?

I am 6' 197lbs 32 years old 8%bf

BMR= 1990
TDEE= 3085

Daily Goals
Protein 425
Carbohydrates 275
Fats 73
Total Calories 3500

1st cycle 12 weeks Sust 625mg. Completed July '08
2nd cycle 12weeks Test E 500mg. Completed February '09
On 333mcg/day of HGH. Started March '09

Id have an ai on hand and clomid/nolva are good for 4 weeks...

not going to use anything to jump start it? test E and deca both take a good amount of time to kick in? Why not run some prop, anadrol, or dbol first 4 weeks?

The prop I thought about too but i really hate the pain and figured that it would also cause unstable blood levels. I am really sensitive with my acne.

I dont like orals either. Just something about them. They scare me.

An AI is not Novaldex or Clomid right. The AI is to be used incase i see gyno developing.

I would run the hcg during cycle, would also get caber or bromo in case of deca related gyno. Some guys run hcg during cycle others during pct, from who I have talked to and different studies being posted, I would opt to run hcg during cycle not pct.

I also suggest kick starting with an oral such a dbol or anadrol. As long as you keep it to a maximum of 4 weeks you really have nothing to worry about. You will see quick gains while you wait for the test/deca to kick in adding to your overall gains.
