I plan on running arimidex throughout my cycle @ .5mg/ed and want to include HCG as well but unsure as to dosages...I've read conflicting suggestions. From my research I've found that 500iu/e3d seems to be the suggested use.
Could someone comment on the dosages I listed for arimidex and HCG, do they look in check. Also when do I stop HCG, is it 2-3 weeks before PCT begins?

.5mgs ED is high for someone who hasnt used Adex before. Try .25mgs ED, if sides are still persistent, then increase the dose.
hCG dose looks fine, and i run it up until PCT or so.
