IMO, you dont have enough gear....you will run 24ml or test in a basic cycle....

Training seriously for about 3year now age 22 past cycle of test cyp 600mg per wk 400mg deca per wk with 30mg stanz tablets per day

You may have some diet issues. 5'10 and 180lbs and ran a Test C and Deca cycle. Did you have any gains? You should be able to put on another 30+ natural pounds with a proper bulking diet.
What does your diet look like?

Yeah a made rely good gains i went up2 200lbs pretty ripped aswel my diet roughly is 7am-protein shake true mass/syntha 6 and 4 boiled eggs or scrambled. 10am jacket potato with tuna 1pm either tuna pasta or chicken sandwich 3pm protein shake true mass/syntha 6 5pm tuna or prawn sandwich 6.30pm train for an hour,post workout celltech shake 8-8.30pm steak or chicken breast with potatos mashd 11.30 protein shake syntha 6. This is what i hav planned out for a typical work day. Have you got any rough bulking diets i could follow?
