Yeah, edit that part out ^^^^

BF% is important to know. You can start by going online and looking up a standard BMI chart to check, or if you can get some callipers, they will give you a more acurate reading.

Also, what does your diet look like, in detail? What is your PCT Knowledge?

bmi is 29.. But not extremly accurate being that i train 5 days a week. Diet is been slacking. But mostly whole grain bread and foods high in protein and fiber when im dieting correctly, which i would be during this phase.
If theres anything else let me know. Im trying to get this right the first time. I was reading and im interested in Var and supps like this.. thanks again

Well, again, edit that part out of your thread that I pointed out.

Now, even if your BF% is not 29, would you say it is 5% lower than that? Or maybe 10% lower, or somewhere around there.

Bro with such a high bf% you need to reduce it first, if you cycle at that bf you open yourself up to many unwanted sides, such as gyno high bp...

At this time you need to spend some time on your diet and cardio...

    ^^Thank you

Now, if it is around 18 or 19%, then a cycle should be the last thing on your mind. We need to get you a good cutting diet in place first to lower your BF% to at least 12% (health reasons mainly).

Have you been to our diet section yet? If not, I suggest you start there, by posting up your current diet (details, macros, etc) and your stats there as well, with your goals, and let our diet gurus help you out. Its like having a free pro nutritionist.

But, if you only listen to one thing I tell you, let it be this.... don't cycle yet, mentally you might be ready.... but physically, you are not.

    Agreed ^^^

If you concentrate on your diet for a few months you will be in a far better position to build quality tissue with min sides if you reduce your bf before you cycle,

Thanks fellas... Although im guessing im around 18%.. im not very familiar with bf%. Im not "fat", but im also not skinny. I played baseball my whole life including college ball. I guess i need to step onto a bf scale. Or if there is another way let me know.
