Hi bros....

What do u all think abuot doing a 12 weeks cycle with only equipoise?
What can I expect?

I was gong to do the same cycle. Just EQ for 10-12 wks@400mgs.
They say EQ is more of a cutting juice and test is for size and strength.
EQ is less toxic than test, but test on of the best base juice. I have read on here about doing a Deca/EQ cycle??? Do a search on it.

EQ is a relatively weak sunstance but its long lasting. But it is good for high quality muscle gains and very low water retention(bloat look)

Someone here said to cycle Eq/Test/winny

Just a couple things I have learned from here and there

EQ 1-12 400mg/week
Test Enanth 1-12 400-500mg/week
Winny 9-14 50mg/ed (optional)
Clomid begining week 15.

Use the search button, this is a common cycle.

bigk1379-I'd do some more research before deciding on an eq/deca cycle. To the best of my knowledge they are simular in properties and do not stack well togeather.

I've heard from several people that EQ/Deca was the best stack they have ever done, but these people aren't on their first or second cycle, these are people who run 2g/wk test and have done numerous cycles in their past, so I believe them when they say it was the best stack they have ever done.

Run the test one week longer than the eq so that they leave the body at the same time..

example:
1-12 test 500/week
1-11 equipose 400/week
10-14 winny 50mg/ed

nj_ I'll take your word on it. I'm an eq guy and have never done deca. I just recall a couple of posts about deca binding to the same receptors as eq. I try to limit my comments to only those areas that I have hands on expierence hence the "to the best of my knowledge".

I ran EQ only

Just run EQ only if that's what you fell comfortable with. I did...it'll give you good gains and I personally had no sides....maybe get 10 pounds (and helps out the veins...and I'm 260lbs) out of it but it's a good first cycle to get in the game.

im running eq now, and the bottles dont last as long as they are supposed to... ie a 10ml bottle really has about 8ml so take that into acccount and get extra, or your 12 week cycle will be about 8

What are your goals for the cycle: Are you just testing the waters of AS, do you want to grow slow and steady, or do you want to grow fast?

With around 300-400mg per week of EQ (Equipoise) you'll probably gain around 10lbs MAX of hard muscle in 12 weeks (depending on diet, experience lifting, workout, and rest). However, 6-7lbs is apparently more realistic.

If you are looking to gain some good pounds, do some reading on testosterone-only cycles, testosterone/EQ cycles, anti-e's and clomid.

Tell us more about your goals, your stats (age, lifting experience, body weight, body fat %, height, etc.) The more info we have the better we can assist you.

Hey guys, I'm liking the EQ/Test Enan/Winny cycle and I plan on running something very similar for 12 weeks. I don't want to blow up completely... maybe only 10-15 MAX of hard muscle. That said, should I keep the dosages at 400mg EQ, 400mg Test? I'd rather go lower than higher. Also, instead of Winny (which absolutely kills my joints) what does everyone think of adding Anavar at 30-40mg/day?
