hi im new to the forum and to roids but ive been studying them for about 8 months now and i think im ready to get into the shit. im gonna be going to the army in a few months and im going for airborne ranger so i wanted to make sure i passed the run because ive got the pushups and situp test down easy but im a little off on the run laggin by a couple minutes and i wanna drop some weight without losin to much muscle, so i was thinkin stanozolol and i dont know what to stack it with and anyone got suggestions on pct i hear alot of conflicting arguments about it and just wanna get my stuff straight im still a bit of a dumbass wen it comes to this stuff.

Well first stack everything with testosterone .
But you don't want to be on or coming off gear when you get into the military. stay natural at least until you have some serious time to dedicate to a cycle and its recovery. also gear will not help you with your goals at all. diet and more cardio will help + rest.

Steroids are not going to build up your cardio vascular… the only thing that is going to do that is running itself…
So you better get going because the only training that will help for Ranger school is running, swimming, and hiking. To do well you better be able to run 5 miles at a 5 to 6 minute miles and be able to ruck/ hike with a good 70lbs on your back for 20 miles and be able to swim a few miles fully clothed. Also, expect to get about 2 hours of sleep per night for the course of ranger school… good luck my friend
