    Need a REALISTIC Cycle Plan!!

    Hey Members,

    Can you direct me to a feasible cycle plan for Cytomel. The one I put together, based on info from the site, isn't very realistic, because it requires me to measure, up or down during the cycle, in increments that aren't really possible to measure on a oral syringe. I mean, going from .375ml to .3125ml is ridiculous and next to impossible to do. FYI, I just started the cycle today at 50mcg and will continue for the next 4 days until I ramp up. Please help!

    You realize T3 is catabolic to muscle and fat, right? It doesn't discriminate. Are you running it with Test or at least clen, which is anti-catabolic to muscle? Anyway, when I run T3 I always run with test and I don't pyramid. 25mgs/ed in the am on an empty stomach for a 5-6 weeks works just fine for me. This BS about ramping up and pyramiding is nonsense and will significantly suppress thyroid function when you stop.

    Just pick a dose 25-75 and stick with it there until the end. JA I agree that ramping down just prolongs recovery.

    I think the lower the dose the better but that's me. Finding the right dose varies on the individual, their metabolism, age, activity level and other factors. I would say 75mcgs/ed is at the high end of tolerance chain for most people. If you're active and incorporate cardio then 75mcgs/ed is overkill and eventually counter-productive.

    Without androgens present there will be alot of catabolism for sure. Keep that in mind aswell OP.

    I usually see people run T3 with an oral plus test

    40-50 mcgs/day

    Questions:

    How many weeks can I run T3 at 50mcg or 75mcg?

    When I get off do I need to do the following?

    T3 Post Cycle Therapy (4-6 weeks):

    Initial 3 day carb up:

    Carbs: 1.75g X BW
    Protein: 0.75g X BW
    Fat: 0.25g X BW

    Supplements:

    L-Tyrosine: 1-3g ED
    Flaxseed oil + Fish oil: 20g total ED

    Diet: >50% Carbs/ 30% Protein/ <20% Fat, calories at maintenance (+ or - 12 X BW)

    High intensity cardio: 75-80% of Max Heart Rate; 15-20 min 3-4 times a week.

    No Ephedrine, Clen, T2, DNP, or anything that has an effect on metabolism. Moderate doses of caffeine can be used before cardio.
