    Arrow New on steroid.com will you check my cycle?

    hey guys im new to the forum, ive done 2 cycles previuosly my next cycle is due end of september which i have put together, my last cycle was a 12 week cycle which i started at the begining of the year which was test enanthate 600mg, EQ 400 mg with a jumpstart of abombs for initial 3 weeks.

    i was overall pleased with that cycle considering my calories were not consistent. my stats are 5'10 188lbs 14%bf.

    here is my next cycle...

    WEEK 1-4 DBOL 30MG/ED

    WEEK 1-12 EQ 800 MG/WEEK (SPLIT INJECTIONS)
    .................................................. .....................
    WEEK 1-12 TEST 1000MG/WEEK (SPLIT INJECTIONS)
    .................................................. .....................
    WEEK 5-12 TREN-H 500MG/WEEK
    .................................................. .....................
    WEEK12-14 BREAK
    .................................................. .....................
    WEEK 15 -20 PCT NOLVA AND CLOMID

    ADEX AND LIV52 through out cycle.

    just looking for some friendly feedback on the cycle and anything that might be out of place feel free to let me know, im open to suggestions

    Training Exp on and off for god knows , last 2 years full on
    Diet 3300 Cals, did u want me to post the enitre diet?

    Also, 2 previous cycles, and your only 188lbs? What weight did you start at? Something wrong with your diet.

    I put on 18 lb with the last cycle then dropped 7 lb

    my first cycle was a long time ago when i was 21. i grew like a weed and lost it as fast as i put it on. i was naive didnt know what i was doing, and no pct. luckily i didnt have any problems, so really i dont count that as a worthy cycle. but nevertheless i mentioned it for information sakes. ive done alot of research since the age of 21 and gained a wealth of knowledge, my diet has not always been great i am not consistent at times with my diet. but im getting better at that last few months.

    Yeah, it seems that you have some diet issues that need to be adressed first. No more cycles until you get this fixed.

    Besides that, the cycle you purposed is nothing I would recommend for your 3rd cycle.

    Your results from your last cycle are great, which makes me think why change much at all when your last cycle worked so well? No need to keep on increasing when things are working. Personally i think most of the gains would of come from the test and abombs to be honest and not the EQ. Your stats dont seem to add up and you seem well under weight for someone who as been cycling which leads me to say that just imagine what results you would get if your diet was in order because i really dont think it is,

    My advice would be to hold back from the tren of yet and just go with what as been working previously but get your diet in order, or better still re-design your diet now before cycling again but when you are ready go with what's worked in the past.

    my diet is an overall good diet but yeah... as i said. not been consistent with it... ive known this to be an issue and am trying to correct it, as i said last few months im alot more consistent... so i thought i would take the oppurtunity to jump on, tho thinking twice now. ok so do u think 3300 cals is enuff?

    Nolvadex with Tren is no good correct? I didn't see anyone say anything on that.
