Does it matter what kind of rubbing alcohol?

topic says it all. Is regular CVS brand of ethyl rubbing alcohol fine for use pre-injection? or does it have to be a certain kind? thanks

i dont think it matters,but stick to isopherol(think thats how its it spelled?).
thats what i used,and make sure that area is clean as well.like after a shower

while you're at CVS,

pick up the alcohol prep pads that come pre-packed.

much more sanitary than putting rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball

i agree with derek. go buy some alcohol swabs at any drug store(either by the 1st aid section of diabetes section). last night i bought 200 swabs for $3.60. i wont break the bank.
