Does Winny burn fat?

I understand Winstrol is used for "cuitting", but does it burn fat as well? I'm assuming "cutting" is a compounds ability to decrease the amount of water held under the skin and in muscle tissue thus giving a hard lean look. Is this the primary function of this steroid or does it help burn fat as well?

Some swear that winnie is a great fat burner...I tend to disagree....as a hardener and strength builder its good.

For it to be good at burning fat it would have to increase the lipolysis rate (breakdown of fat cells).
