To Ramp Up or Not To Ramp, That is the Question!

Well, the title says it all.

Should I ramp up and down on T3 or just start at desired dose and stop when I'm done?

    29 years old
Training on and off for 8 years
    BF% at 20-30
Need to lean out as much as possible, with out loosing to much muscle, but at this point I don't think I have room to be picky.

Oh, and what do you mean by Stats? Or, did I just give them to you?

    Thanks

T3 will have too much muscle loss without AAS, tho I don't think there'd be a problem with 25mcg ed. Try reading up on clenbuterol.

However, you do realize this is all pointless if you don't have a good diet and a cardio regime. Post them up.

Do you have any blood pressure issues? prexisting thyroid issues??? If not, I would ramp up according to how your body tolerates it? What was your starting dose? What is it now? How long have you been on it?

Starting dose was 50mcg and today did about 40mcg. I've been on it for 2 days now, but the problem I was having was figuring out how to measure anything below 50mcg.

I have seen over a dozen oral syringes and none have more than 6 notches per 1ml. The current ratio is 200mcg to 1ml so you can imagine my frustration with members suggesting to start dosage at 12.5 or 36.5mcg - how the f*@k am I to do that.

Anyhow, blood pressure is fine, no preexisting thyroid issues. My thyroid (TSH) was in the low end of the normal range. My cholesterol is 175 with my LDL at 110.

In essence, nothing to bad from where I'm standing, but I'm open to your opinions.

I eat clean and do about 45-60 minutes of cardio. I am currently eating a 20/60/20 diet.

Yea I agree with the other members opinions. You should start at about 12.5mcgs and ramp up to, in my opinion, no more that 75mcgs. Just be very careful with it! With proper diet and training you should have some sucess with doses lower than 75mcgs. Go to the profile section and read about t3, there is some good info there.

T3 is Liothyronine. A synthetically manufactured thyroid hormone. Its effect is similar to that of natural L-thyroxin (L-T4) in the thyroid gland. T3 is one of two hormones which is produced in the thyroid. The other one is L-thyroxin.Ramping up to fast screws you thyroid up.Cardio is my sugestion. Then run gear at a later date.

You dont want to run it alone. The weight you will lose will come right back because your diet and training are way off. Research diet, training and leave the chemicals alone.

Can you give me definitive data on "screwing my thyroid". I know what T3 and T4 are. You gave the definition of the two then told me ramping up will "screw up" my thyroid - WHY?
